How much does Christmas light installation cost in San Antonio?
Residential installs start at $799. Your price depends on how many feet of roofline and walkway you want lit, whether your home is one or two stories, and any wreaths or garland you add. You get a firm price at your free in-person estimate.
Do I have to buy or store the lights?
No. The lights are included with your installation. We install them, take everything down after the season, and store the lights for you until next year.
Do you offer any discounts on holiday lighting?
Churches get 10% off. Customers who sign a 3-year holiday lighting agreement get an extra 15% off.
How much does pressure washing cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the surfaces being cleaned. We give free, no-obligation quotes.
Is your cleaning safe for plants and landscaping?
Yes. We use eco-friendly detergents and soft washing on delicate surfaces like roofs and stucco, and we protect the plants and grass around your home.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. We can coordinate access ahead of time or schedule a time that works for you. Most residential cleaning jobs take one to three hours.
