Why not just pressure wash it?
High pressure takes off what it can see but leaves the roots of mold and algae behind, so the stains come back fast. On softer surfaces it can also strip paint, crack stucco and force water into walls and attics.
Soft washing uses a fraction of the pressure and lets the cleaning solution break down the growth. Then we rinse it all away. Your home gets cleaner, it stays clean longer, and nothing gets damaged.
Signs your house is due
Green or black streaks on shaded walls, especially the north side. Dark streaks running down the roof. A chalky film on siding that rubs off on your hand. Cobwebs and dirt packed under the eaves. If you're seeing any of these, a wash will make a visible difference.
